Stainless steel sheet is iron-based alloy plate with minimum 10.5% chromium content. Chromium forms a passive anti-oxidation film on surface, delivering outstanding rust & corrosion resistance. We supply both cold rolled thin sheets and hot rolled heavy plates covering decorative, food, chemical, power, boiler and machinery industries.
Cold rolled sheets feature ultra-smooth decorative surfaces (8K mirror, HL brushed) for interior decoration, kitchen and medical equipment; hot rolled No.1 thick plates possess high mechanical strength for pressure vessels, chemical tanks and offshore engineering. All sheets support secondary cutting, bending, punching, CNC machining and customized surface treatment per customer drawings.
We maintain large inventory of common sizes and grades, while custom special dimensions & surface patterns (emboss, perforated, color coated) are acceptable for small & bulk orders.
- Manganese high-alloy low-cost alternative to 304, moderate atmospheric corrosion resistance
- Good tensile strength, suitable for indoor decoration, cabinet shells and low-budget decorative projects
- Not recommended for coastal, chloride-rich or long-term outdoor service environments
- High cold hardening rate, high strength after cold rolling, excellent elasticity
- Widely used for springs, elastic components, stamping hardware parts
- 304: Most universal stainless grade, balanced corrosion resistance, weldability & formability for food equipment, construction and general machinery
- 304L Ultra-low carbon version: Eliminates intergranular corrosion risk after welding, ideal for large welded tanks and structural plates
- Added 2–3% molybdenum, superior resistance to chloride, saltwater and acid medium vs 304
- 316L low carbon design avoids welding sensitization; preferred for marine, pharmaceutical, desalination and chemical equipment
- Titanium element prevents chromium carbide precipitation under 450–850℃ high temperature
- Applied to boiler, exhaust pipeline and high-temperature equipment panels
- High chromium & nickel composition, outstanding high-temperature oxidation resistance up to 1000–1100℃
- Used for furnace linings, heat exchanger plates and high-temperature kiln components
- Nickel-free low-cost ferritic grades, good oxidation resistance under dry atmosphere
- 430 for household appliances and indoor decoration; 410 series with higher hardness for wear-resistant mechanical parts
