Product Overview

ASTM A182 F321 forged flange is titanium-stabilized high-temperature resistant austenitic stainless steel pipeline connecting component, specially designed for long-cycle service under 450~850℃ high-temperature working conditions where ordinary 304/316 flanges suffer intergranular corrosion sensitization.

Different from conventional stainless steel, F321 adds sufficient titanium element to bind carbon atoms, avoiding grain boundary chromium depletion caused by high-temperature heating and welding. All blanks adopt high-temperature hot forging process followed by solution annealing and precision CNC machining, with accurate bolt hole positioning, flat sealing surface and stable mechanical performance.

We supply standard ANSI/EN dimension flanges in stock, and support full customization of outer diameter, thickness, sealing face type, bolt layout and special-shaped forged flanges. Widely matched with 321 seamless pipes, elbows and tees for high-temperature thermal oil, exhaust and petrochemical pipeline systems.
