This series of Incoloy 925 round bars are hot forged/rolled solid nickel alloy rods manufactured from premium UNS N09925 superalloy raw material. After solution annealing and stress relief heat treatment, the bars own uniform compact internal grain structure, stable dimensional accuracy and outstanding comprehensive mechanical & anti‑corrosion performance.
Incoloy 925 is age‑hardenable nickel alloy containing Ni, Cr, Mo, Cu and Al elements. It is specially developed for severe chloride‑rich environments such as offshore oil & gas wellhead, seawater desalination and chemical acid medium equipment. The material balances high strength and superior localized corrosion resistance, becoming the preferred structural alloy for heavy‑duty marine and energy industry components.
