Product Overview

SS400 Square Hollow Section (SHS/RHS) is hot & cold formed ERW welded structural hollow tube manufactured per JIS G3101 standard. It adopts continuous forming & high-frequency welding production process, with flat smooth surfaces, uniform wall thickness and stable section rigidity.

We supply black bare original finish as standard stock, and provide customized galvanizing, paint coating for outdoor & coastal anti-rust demands. All sizes from tiny thin-wall tubing to heavy thick-wall large square pipes are available. Each batch is from the same furnace with unified batch marking to guarantee material consistency.

Widely applied in machinery frames, building steel structures, shipbuilding, automobile chassis, scaffolding and pipeline conveying systems, supporting secondary cutting, punching, bending and CNC precision machining per customer drawings.
