Product Overview

ASTM A519 seamless alloy steel tubing is specialized mechanical seamless pipe designed for precision machining, hydraulic systems and structural components, distinct from boiler pressure pipes (SA335). It adopts hot extrusion and cold drawing processes to achieve ultra-precise dimensional tolerance and smooth inner/outer surface, excellent for secondary CNC processing, heat treatment and bending forming.

We supply two production types: seamless mechanical alloy tube and ERW welded alloy pipe. Nominal bore covers 1/8'' to 24'' NB, wall thickness from thin SCH5 to heavy wall 30mm. All batches adopt standardized bundling packaging with unified furnace number marking to guarantee batch consistency for long-distance sea transportation.

Matching international standards including GB, EN, BS, JIS, it serves machinery manufacturing, aerospace, petroleum, power boiler and military equipment, meeting both low-load mechanical structural and medium-high temperature pressure transmission working demands.
