Product Overview

Our shaped steel tube adopts precision cold-drawn seamless manufacturing technology based on high-quality carbon steel raw materials. Different from standard round pipes, it can realize customized complex transverse cross-section designs to meet unique structural layout and space-saving requirements of machinery, fluid delivery and construction projects.

All products strictly follow international pipeline standards including ASTM A106 and API 5L, with full dimensional control on OD, wall thickness and straightness. The cold-drawn process optimizes internal metal grain structure, improving material density and mechanical uniformity.

We supply standard square, rectangular, flower shaped tubes as stock items, plus fully custom irregular special profiles per customer drawings. Mainly used for gas, water, oil fluid transmission pipelines and mechanical hollow structural components, widely matched with our one-stop CNC machining service for finished parts delivery.
