This series of HLMR disc bearing assemblies are precision-manufactured from high-quality austenitic stainless steel, available in 304 / 1.4301 and 316L / 1.4404 material grades. Through advanced forging and optional finishing processes, the products feature uniform internal structure, accurate dimensional control and stable mechanical performance, serving as reliable load-bearing and rotating support components for corrosive working environments.
304 (1.4301) is the most widely used general-purpose stainless steel, suitable for most mild to moderate corrosive scenarios. 316L (1.4404) with molybdenum alloying provides upgraded resistance to chlorides, acids and harsh industrial conditions, and is the preferred choice for heavy-duty, high-corrosion service environments.
- Classic general-purpose austenitic stainless steel
- Excellent corrosion resistance in atmospheric, freshwater and mild chemical environments
- Good mechanical strength, ductility and cold formability
- Cost-effective solution for most conventional industrial applications
- Molybdenum-alloyed austenitic stainless steel
- Enhanced resistance to chloride ion attack, organic acids and industrial corrosive media
- Ultra-low carbon content (≤0.03%) effectively reduces intergranular corrosion risk after welding
- Ideal for marine, chemical processing and high-hygiene demanding applications
