Product Overview

This series of S32750 super duplex stainless steel round bars are produced by hot rolling, forging or cold drawing, followed by solution annealing and rapid quenching to achieve a balanced austenite‑ferrite duplex microstructure. The standard delivery condition is solution annealed, providing relatively good machinability before final machining.

S32750 is a high‑performance super duplex stainless steel with high chromium, nickel, molybdenum and nitrogen content. Compared with standard duplex grades such as 2205, S32750 offers higher pitting resistance, higher strength and better resistance to severe chloride environments. It is widely used in offshore oil and gas, seawater handling, desalination, chemical injection systems, high‑pressure valves, pumps and heat exchanger components. S32750 round bar can be further processed into valve stems, pump shafts, fasteners, flanges, tool joints and corrosion‑resistant structural parts.
