Product Overview

This series of forged stainless steel discs are precision-manufactured from high-quality austenitic stainless steel, available in 304, 304L, 316L and 321 material grades. Through advanced hot forging and optional finishing processes, the products feature uniform compact internal grain structure, accurate dimensional control and stable mechanical performance, serving as reliable sealing blanks, support plates, flange blanks and structural components for corrosive and high-temperature working environments.

304 is the most widely used general-purpose stainless steel, suitable for most mild to moderate corrosive scenarios.

304L is ultra-low carbon variant of 304, specially designed for heavy welded structures.

316L with molybdenum alloying provides upgraded resistance to chlorides, acids and harsh industrial conditions, the preferred choice for marine and chemical high-corrosion environments.

321 titanium stabilized stainless steel performs reliably under long-term cyclic high temperature service.

Material Grade Characteristics

304
Classic general-purpose austenitic stainless steel Excellent corrosion resistance in atmospheric, freshwater and mild chemical environments Good mechanical strength, ductility and cold formability Cost-effective solution for most conventional industrial applications

304L
Ultra-low carbon version of 304 stainless steel Effectively avoids intergranular corrosion after welding Ideal for welded structural discs working in moderate corrosive environments

316L
Molybdenum-alloyed austenitic stainless steel Enhanced resistance to chloride ion attack, organic acids and industrial corrosive media Ultra-low carbon content (≤0.03%) greatly reduces welding sensitization risk Ideal for marine, chemical processing and high-hygiene demanding applications

321
Titanium-stabilized heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel Resists carbide precipitation under continuous high temperature operation Excellent creep resistance, perfect for furnace, heat exchanger and boiler disc components
